Part 1: The most spectacular camping in the Blue Mountains – Hanging Rock

Bushcraft And Camping Australia Facebook page:

In Part One of this two-part series, I hike-in to the single most spectacular location and view I have ever seen – Hanging Rock in the Blue Mountains.

In this video, you will see the hike in and the outstanding natural environment as well as the initial phase of my solo overnight campsite at Hanging Rock.

Despite camping only a matter of meters from the edge of a cliff (and certain death), this first video is the trip I’d thought I’d have – beautiful and relaxing in a world-class location.

However, as will be seen in part 2, things can turn sour quick in the Australian Bush.

If you enjoy this video please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE. Every little bit of help means the world and is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for watching!!

8:15 the view is awesome, it could be a great jump, need a parachute of course. Too much windy, it happens for your camera, you have to put a weight on the tripod, there is a hook that you can hang your bag or something. It’s an easy jump but when you have this kind of elevation, you think twice. the consequence could be fatal. This newspaper is from 1950 or less. That’s the TP section over there πŸ™‚ Leave no trace policy
