    No some people are on valium for severe muscle spasms that can break bones due to rigid muscles that spasm so hard it can knock me who can squat 265 and my husband can squat 500# who acts as an arm pit crutch walking me around while i have to sublingually absorb a pill – knocks us over sideways. It’s a type of seizure. Requires fast action. Have had them even on things with thc in another state. Also, some people have asthma and can’t deep breathe (me). If all of the thc and cbd was legal more people would be taking it. Also, for some people the chamomile doesn’t work isn’t strong enough, valerian stinks and doesn’t work, gaba gives me massive headaches in protein shots – had to quit taking the one with gaba – and none of it works. But I have severe hypopituitarism treated by an endocrinologist that my primary dr doesn’t recognize despite multiple degrees and career success, but she recognizes the spasms/seizures lol so I am on valium. The other stuff (thc / cbd) would work so much better for the sleep part, it is very very very good sleep, but not legal here. Be careful of mocking people and judging why they are on meds people need to survive and function. Also, i want to point out that valium gives me 0 zero nada high feeling. It’s like i took nothing. It only acts on my muscles. And they are still tight, but less tight. It’s like rigor, tetani.

    The only time I took Ambien with two times. The first night I slept like a log the second night I had a nightmare that was so realistic I sat up in the middle of my dream and screamed it’s got me and then fell back asleep and I never took it again yeah. My nightmare was it a big yellow snake with 2in long fangs and green I hit me on the neck when I was walking through the jungles of the Amazon or something it’s just a freaky ass dream. Never after that did I ever take it again I knew that it had to be doing some sort of damage. What I found out was what Ambien does is it puts you to sleep but in your brain there’s a mechanism that shuts off what you do physically so when you dream you don’t hurt yourself it shuts that off so that’s why people get in their cars and drive or go and bake you know 40000 loaves of bread and they get up the next day and go what the hell happened that cannot be good for your brain

    Ambien had helped me sleep but cbd has gave me panic attacks, though the problem with ambien is that you get dependant on it way too easy, when it all boils down I’d say go to a doctor to diagnose your insomnia instead and get sleep monitored

    From my own experience stay the fuck away from benzodiazepines ( valium , xanax , clonazepam) and hypnotic drugs ( ambiant , zopiclone , immuvane ) those meds will fuck you up . I took them for many years and the worst is the withdrawals from them . Funny how every doctor would bitch at me for smoking weed when thats the better alternative.

    Taking melatonin isn’t good for your body. Over time you’ll start to make less melatonin naturally if you continue to take it. Instead of taking melatonin try taking 5HTP which signals your body to produce more serotonin which can then be converted to melatonin.
    On top of melatonin not being good for you to take, natural melatonin supplements are made from the pineal glands of animals.

    Every single night I would act like a fool on the internet and not remember any of it the next morning. It was bad time in my life. Glad I stopped taking it.

    Personally THC does not help me fall asleep certainly, if I have THC my brain just keeps racing. Can’t tell much about CBD, don’t feel to much of it but maybe that’s how it works. Breathing exercises work.

    No offense, but this is just holistic nonsense. Cannabis is good for sleep, but not CBD alone. CBD is pretty much just an anticonvulsant. THC is psychotomimetic and depressogenic without CBD, so it both of them working together. Also, just because something comes from a plant, doesn’t mean that it is safer than pharms. Ambien is not really likely to cause all of the wacky effects you see in the news, and saying that it is "like a hammer to your frontal cortex", is just a scary way of saying that it inhibits activity there. By that logic, CBD "destroys the temporal lobes".

    I took CBD just two days 5% and I felt a little dizzy, I read book everyday and I found I don’t enjoy book after taking CBD, my emotional connection with book with story in this book is without emotions. I didn’t read book with passion as one day ago. CBD make you narenit connect with reality and not improve your focus. CBD make you sleep better but next day you feel tired with no anxiety but also no energy. The worse think for me was that be ok which I read make me tired when I read it during CBD, I felt each side of book is challenge and each I didn’t focus on entire story as well as without CBD, it was wired feeling like I am not care about reading book just I am care about nothing. I think CBD is not good for people who go to school or want pass any exams because your focus is not as good as should be. I don’t believe in advertising that CBD improve memory or focus. CBD make just you are more like in dream and can give you dizziness or light headedness.

    I had trouble sleeping until I got a job installing ac systems in new houses. Bro I sweat so much and work my ass off. And I come home and sleep like a baby. Also cut out of caffiene. Its great

    Green juice works incredible for sleep too: kale, celery, cucumber, lemon and ginger is a winning juice for me. You’ll sleep like a baby. I think its the antinflamation, and also the relaxing effect of the magnesium and other minerals. I dont know, but it works.
