    Off topic but are you wearing the garmin instinct? I just got one and I like it. Haven’t had much opportunity to use it in the field yet though.

    First aid and tactical medicine are one of the most overlooked aspects of training. Looks like a great kit, especially coming with the CAT. There are some great resources online for distinguishing real from fake CAT and SOFT tourniquets. Great video Craig!

    Great video, objective and informative. I’ve found by assembling my own kits from the items listed in other kits to be much cheaper. And I can customize to my families needs. I use my vacuum sealer with a ziplock bag on the outside works ALMOST as well as the store bought kits.

    Hey Craig, the eye wash, which is essentially saline solution is also good for washing out a cut, though that bottle is small if you have more than a small cut, puncture, or after removing a splinter. I like these videos
