Took a doe today. Perfect stalk hunt. Wet leaves, down-wind, sun rise at my back, moving up hill. Got 40 yards away. I love stalk hunting. But it takes a lot of knowledge and practice to become efficient.

Make sure you wear appropriate camo for your area ?
but under your orange hat and vest which nullifies the camo😂😅😂😅😅 and make sure to be quiet no farting😉

Remember if you can see them, they can see you!

When you stalk, make deer calls to make them think you are just another deer walking in the woods. This will put them at ease for the surprise, of coarse it won’t work if they see you already.

Nice short to the point video with no annoying music. Stalking in socks is great but depending on terrain it sucks when you step on a thorn,or a sharp rock. What I like is wearing heavy over sized socks over my boots, that I get both benefits quite footfalls and foot protection. Cheers subbed.

The "drop in from the background and stare closely at the camera" between all the cuts and scenes you do is giving me a headache. Stand in one spot mate..

  17. Zendail on December 5, 2020 at 10:20 pm

Stop walking up to the camera with every jump cut

Hey man, so I am trying to get into bowhunting and am trying to get down the essentials. When looking for binoculars, should I find something fancy or are there inexpensive options that still have great quality? Also, what about range finders?

Good advice but the editing looks like you’re playing a game of redlight greenlight. Is you plan to start talking, walk towards camera, when you reach it hit pause and run back a few steps before repeating the process.

tom brown told me to add greens to my fire and bathe in the smoke, then deer and others stay relaxed
so im doing this up in the cascade mountains, as a doe and child saunter up to me i freeze
after a while my right leg is shakin so i have to ease my left foot down
they are ten feet away from me, and my leg is tryin to do the hokeypokey
