If you can put all this stuff in one package id buy it in a heart beat. Of course not two of the same thing like the blankets or starter but you know what I mean.

How effective woud a desert Eagle be against a bear? This is for all the American campers out there

Those waterproof notepads are absolute trash. You’re better off keeping a normal notepad in a ziplock bag.

Will they all fit in the campervan? Along with the cairyoot?.

Sorry where do I get the solar film for $50? Didn’t see in comments

  8. Max Noerenberg on February 28, 2021 at 11:30 pm

affordable maybe but still branded products, which means way higher in price…

I got my reflective survival blanket for just $6 and its huge…with a sixe of at least 2 by 2 meters…so ideal even as a tent..
the solar panel. I got a solar power bank which is indeed quite powerful and charges anything via USB and can be recharged by hanging it outside of your pack while hiking in the daytime…and it cost me just about $10 incl postage

the candle lantern sure is a great idea…and I use this as well….and mine can be easily changed with a new wax candle ( needs a bit of cutting down though ) but cost me less the $5…. and it works quite well…lightweight, foldable and very efficient i lighting the scene and giving warnth….and best of all the reusability!

#the bviback…or bivisack……..sure this seems like a disposable kind….but I have a real sturdy textile hooped bivibag which is water resistant and quite comfortable i cold winter temperatures…and very quick to assemble…..but because of the sturdy material it cost me just $50 icl shipping as a surplus dutch army bivibag……..and I dont regret buying it at all!!

regarding the saw…I dont use saws at all…I carry a small ax with me…or a hatchet to split wood for my fireplace……dont need to actualy cut wood with a saw if I can chop it…way faster and consumes less calories //////but in an emergency I carry a rolled up string saw with me….which as of this day I never had to use!…and it basically cost me nothing..

the storm match looks cool….but I guess you can have the same effect with a litle preperation in dunking each match int liquid wax to make it waterproof…and create cotton pad tinder in soaking reg cotton pads in alcohol and sealing them i liquid wax…….great fire starters for just a few cents

    loved the wax wood though

the torch light…..I got a head light with easy to replace / recharge the batteries for a fraction of your price

the shovel might be great in very uninhabited terrain……otherwise a reg little garden hand shovel should be fine………at least to dig holes for your morning constitutional…..which cost me just £2 on a garage sale

knifes are a different thing and you shouldnt consider the cheapest option…..although I was lucky to get a pretty great one-steel hardened knife with great strength and adequate thickness to even chop small logs with it…and just for $10

I also have a Mora knife which is sharp and cuts quite well for delicate task….but the steel doesnt sem to be that great….soft and it oxidized very quickly…

what I use as a rain protection …as a tarp is a reg 2 by 3 meter home improvement tarp….which is sturdy and comes with grommets and t was used very successful over the years now…and cost only about $5

survival poncho……..I have my Polish army lavuu tent which doubles as a waterproof rain poncho easily….and it can even protect two people and buttoned up as a tent it can hold those two people easily……..but a tent with a one-man poncho might be a bit tight…sufficient but tight!…and its made of a sturdy textile which has been treated to be waterproof…and it has been tested…..I use this tent for the summer or spring seasons because its airy but insulating

So in the nutshell, my equipment cost far less then your new advertised products, which are basically for one-time uses…and have no other uses………multi usability in your equipment is key to reduce weight and space

  24. Mike Wood on February 28, 2021 at 11:44 pm

The SOL that I chose is one that is occasionally tough to come by, the Escape Bivvy. Good vehicle or rucksack emergency blanket that seems more tear resistant and with a zipper. Add a sleeping bag or sleeping bag liner to it and it would be a good choice or this list.

  25. Hulk Smash68 on February 28, 2021 at 11:45 pm

    Crap…endorsed by SOL much?

The solar panel film stuff might be listed in your description but if it is it’s extremely hard for somebody to just go and find really quick I don’t feel like going through like 20 links to find it could you please make it a little bit easier or just post the link here in a comment?

A lot of great gear here! I’m a government whistleblower being refused housing & refused cancer treatment for deliberately accellerated endometrial cancer. My autistic savant Native father was a specialist/Cryptologist for McNamara under Kennedy. I’m also autistic with savant capabilities & absorbed his special skills. Got us both in trouble at school! 😂 Anyway.. I’m.living quite comfortably in subzero temps & snow thanks to your channel & many others like Survival Lilly. I’ve been stage 4 since 2016. Several anonymous attorneys have medical people keeping me alive with a special diet & antibiotics that kill the mitochondrial in the cancer cells. The cancer causes Sepsis. That’s what kills you. Not the cancer itself. Big Pharma, Catholic Health, United & Centene Corporation DON’T want cancer patients or their families to know you can live a healthy long life without chemo & radiation. It’s advisable just like getting an abscessed tooth extracted so you stop the pain & infections. But they can keep you alive & almost pain free until you can get the chemo or radiation. My sealed whistleblower indictments got the Buffalo NY City Hall raided by feds. My workmans comp attorneys are working on getting me care. Once all this goes public and civilians & Veterans realize both political parties are torturing civilian children, adults, and Veterans to death for profit by allowing the frauds that outsource their medical care to Catholic Health & it’s partners the S will hit the fan. SHTF will be real. We’re in the Zombie Apocalypse. The ‘walking dead’ are our government officials, doctors, cops, and their sycophants. Thank you so much for getting us prepared..
